1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using neurovetted.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, consumers, and service providers who interact with the Site.
2. About Neurovetted
Neurovetted is a brand operated by Unqualified Opinion Store, a sole proprietorship registered in Canada and owned by Dana Skalin. References to "Neurovetted," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Unqualified Opinion Store, operating as Neurovetted.
Neurovetted is an independent public directory of online service providers who have been reviewed against our Ethics Code. We are not a marketplace and do not facilitate transactions between consumers and providers. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality of services provided by listed providers beyond their having passed our ethics audit at the time of review.
Contact: info@neurovetted.com.
3. For Consumers
Neurovetted is free for consumers to use. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that listed providers have met our ethics standards at the time of their review. However, we cannot guarantee the ongoing conduct of any listed provider and are not liable for any experiences you have with providers found through our directory.
If you have a concern about a listed provider, please use our Report a Complaint form. We take all reports seriously and review them promptly.
4. For Service Providers
4.1 Application Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee a directory listing. All applications are reviewed independently against the Neurovetted Ethics Code and Scoring Rubric. A minimum score of 85/100 is required for approval.
4.2 Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of $79 USD is required to initiate a review. This fee covers the cost of the independent audit process. Payment of the fee does not guarantee listing approval. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
4.3 Listing Maintenance
Approved listings are subject to ongoing compliance monitoring. Neurovetted reserves the right to remove any listing at any time if a provider is found to have violated the Ethics Code, regardless of when their initial approval was granted.
4.4 Provider Responsibilities
By applying for and maintaining a listing, providers agree to:
- Accurately represent their business practices and credentials in their application.
- Continue to operate in accordance with the Neurovetted Ethics Code.
- Not use the Neurovetted seal or name in a misleading manner.
- Notify us of any material changes to their business that may affect their compliance status.
4.5 Audit Services
Audit services (Website Audit and Website + Social Media Audit) are offered separately from the directory application process. Purchasing an audit does not guarantee listing approval. Please review the Audit Services page for full details and our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site - including text, graphics, logos, the Neurovetted name, and the Approved Provider Seal - is the property of Neurovetted and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written permission.
Approved providers are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to display the Neurovetted Approved Provider Seal solely for the purpose of indicating their vetted status. This licence is revoked immediately upon removal from the directory.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurovetted and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or any listed provider's services.
