Provider FAQs

How much does it cost to apply to the Neurovetted directory?
There is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $79 USD. This fee covers the full independent review of your business against our 100-point ethics rubric, plus the detailed written score report you receive regardless of outcome.
How long does the review process take?
Reviews are typically completed within 3 to 5 business days from the date your application is submitted.
What score do I need to be listed in the directory?
You must score 85 out of 100 or above on the Neurovetted ethics rubric to earn a directory listing and the Approved Provider Seal. The full scoring rubric is publicly available on our website.
What happens if I don't pass the review?
If you score below 85, you will still receive your full written score report with detailed feedback across all six evaluation categories. The application fee is non-refundable once the review process begins, but the report gives you actionable steps to improve and reapply.
What types of service providers can apply?
Neurovetted is open to any online service provider regardless of industry or geography - coaches, therapists, educators, designers, marketers, consultants, and more. Providers must operate primarily online and must meet our ethics code standards.
Is listing in the directory permanent?
No. Listings are not permanent. Providers must maintain the standards that earned them their listing. Complaints from consumers are investigated, and listings can be suspended or removed if standards are found to have slipped.
What does the evaluation cover?
The 100-point ethics rubric evaluates six categories: pricing transparency, ethical marketing practices, accurate credential representation, refund and cancellation policies, client safety standards, and neurodivergent-affirming practices. The full rubric is published on the Neurovetted website.
