How Do You Measure Results, and Over What Timeframe?

Ask specifically: what would success look like at three months? At six months? What is a realistic range, not a best-case scenario? If someone cannot tell you what reporting looks like or describes it vaguely as "we'll keep you in the loop," that is not a process. That is a promise with no structure behind it.

What Happens If Results Do Not Meet Expectations?
