If you’ve had an unsafe, unethical, unprofessional, or misleading experience with a provider listed in the Neurovetted Directory, please let us know.

We take all concerns seriously and review each report personally.

What You Can Report

• unethical behaviour, misleading credentials, inappropriate conduct

• unclear pricing or boundary violations, predatory or pressuring sales behaviour

• misrepresentation of services

• clinical scope violations

• disrespectful or discriminatory treatment

• anything that compromises your safety or trust

What Happens Next

1. Your report is reviewed thoroughly.

2. If needed, we contact you privately for clarification.

3. We then contact the provider and request their perspective.

4. If standards are violated, the provider may be removed.
