Ethical Marketing Audits for Online Service Providers
DO YOU KNOW IF YOUR MARKETING IS ETHICAL?
WE DO!

The Ethical Marketing Audits provide third-party verification that your website and marketing materials meet clear standards for integrity, safety, and transparency.
Trust is at an all-time low with online service providers. Let US do an audit to make sure your business is operating in an ethical and transparent way! A passing score qualifies you for inclusion in the Neurovetted Directory and to the Neurovetted Badge, signaling to clients that your business has been independently reviewed, not self-certified.
This process helps reduce legal and platform risk, strengthen buyer trust, and differentiate your brand in an increasingly regulated and skeptical online marketplace.
We offer two options for ethical marketing audits:
Website Only or Website plus Emails plus Social Media
Both options include:
A numerical score (out of 100) using the Neurovetted Rubric
Category-by-category breakdown
(Integrity, Competence, Safety, ND Accessibility, Client Feedback & Reputation, and Professional Standards)
Written audit notes with evidence citations
Risk flags (legal, ethical, reputational, payment processor)
Actionable recommendations (what to fix, where, and why)
Neurovetted Directory application fee included ($79 value)

Why Get an Online Marketing Compliance Audit?
Because trust is now a business asset.
The Neurovetted Ethical Online Marketing Compliance Audit gives you third-party verification that your marketing meets clear ethical, safety, and neurodivergent-aware standards, before a regulator, platform, or client ever questions it.
1️⃣ Entry into the Neurovetted Directory
A passing score (85+/100) qualifies you to apply for inclusion in the Neurovetted Directory, a public, searchable directory of vetted online service providers.
Being listed signals to clients that:
Your pricing and policies are transparent
Your marketing avoids coercion and manipulation
You meet baseline safety and integrity standards
You are neurodivergent-aware, without exploiting ND audiences
The $79 application fee is included with your assessment.
2️⃣ The Neurovetted Badge (Trust Signal)
Approved providers receive the Neurovetted Badge, which can be displayed on:
Your website
Sales pages
Checkout pages
Email signatures
Social profiles
This badge functions as:
A trust shortcut for cautious buyers
A differentiator in crowded coaching and course markets
A visible signal that you welcome informed, ethical clients
It says: “This business has been reviewed. Not self-declared."
3️⃣ Reduced Legal, Platform, and Payment Risk
Ethical marketing is not just a values issue; it’s a risk management issue.
This assessment flags:
Missing or unclear refund and cancellation policies
ND-specific vulnerabilities (impulse purchasing, urgency pressure)
Language that may trigger platform or payment processor scrutiny
Many providers don’t realize there’s a problem until:
A client files a complaint
A payment processor freezes funds
An ad account is suspended
This assessment helps you catch those issues before they cost you time, money, or reputation.
4️⃣ Credibility You Don’t Have to Defend
Anyone can say “ethical,” “trauma-informed,” or “ND-friendly.”
Very few can show:
A scored audit
A defined rubric
A third-party review process
A passing benchmark
This assessment gives you something concrete to point to if:
A client questions your policies
A collaborator asks about your standards
A regulator or platform requests clarification
You want to publicly differentiate yourself from bad actors
5️⃣ Constructive Feedback Without Shame
This is not a “gotcha” audit.
Even providers who pass often receive notes highlighting:
Where accommodations could be clarified
Where policies could be documented more clearly
Where language could reduce ND or trauma risk
If you already meet the standard, no changes are required. If something is missing, you’ll know exactly what, where, and why, without pressure or upsells.
What This Is (and Isn’t)
This IS:
An independent assessment of online marketing compliance
Evidence-based and standards-driven
Documented and defensible
This is NOT:

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change my website or marketing materials?
No. This is an audit, not a requirement.
If you pass the benchmark score (85+/100), no changes are required. Any notes you receive are provided for awareness and future consideration, not as conditions of approval.
Is this assessment mandatory to be listed in the Neurovetted Directory?
Yes and No.
All providers listed in the Neurovetted Directory must complete an ethical assessment using the Neurovetted Rubric. This ensures consistent standards across the directory and protects both clients and providers.
However, not all businesses will choose to have the full audit completed. If you feel you know the international laws for marketing well enough, you can take your chances by applying directly and paying just the fee for the directory $79.
Will you help me fix the issues you identify?
No.
To maintain independence and avoid conflicts of interest, this service does not include consulting, copywriting, or implementation support. You are free to make changes yourself or work with a provider of your choice.
Is this legal advice?
No.
This assessment is an ethical and risk-based review, not legal advice. While legal and regulatory risks may be flagged, you are encouraged to consult a qualified legal professional for legal guidance.
Will this guarantee approval by regulators, platforms, or payment processors?
No.
While the assessment helps reduce risk and improve compliance awareness, no ethical review can guarantee regulatory outcomes, platform decisions, or payment processor approvals.
What if I already consider my business ethical?
Many providers who pass still benefit from having documented, third-party verification. This process is about credibility, clarity, and risk management, not correcting “bad actors” only.
Is this only for ADHD or neurodivergent-focused businesses?
No.
The assessment is relevant to any online service provider. Neurodivergent accessibility is one of several criteria, reflecting modern ethical standards and consumer protection expectations, not a niche requirement.
Will this guarantee approval by regulators, platforms, or payment processors?
No.
While the assessment helps reduce risk and improve compliance awareness, no ethical review can guarantee regulatory outcomes, platform decisions, or payment processor approvals.
Can I use the Neurovetted badge if I pass?
Yes.
Providers who meet the passing score may display the Neurovetted™ Badge in accordance with the badge usage guidelines provided after approval.
What if I disagree with part of my assessment?
If you believe something was missed or misinterpreted, you may submit additional documentation for review. Final scoring decisions are made using the Neurovetted Rubric to ensure consistency and fairness.
How long does the assessment take?
Turnaround times vary by package and are clearly stated at booking. You’ll receive your full score and audit notes within the specified timeframe.
Who should NOT book this assessment?
This service is not a fit if you:
Want copywriting, marketing strategy, or conversion optimization
Are looking for legal advice
Are unwilling to receive objective feedback
Prefer self-certification over independent review
Why is the directory application fee included?
To remove friction and ensure transparency.
If you pass the assessment, you’re already eligible to apply, so the $79 Neurovetted Directory application fee is included in your assessment price.
