I’m Rebecca Rae-Hodgson, a registered occupational therapist in New Zealand and Australia, and the founder of Chronic Resilience: Lived Experience Occupational Therapy.
I offer professional supervision, mentoring, consultation, and occupational therapy for neurodivergent and chronically ill health professionals. As a multiply neurodivergent, chronically ill OT myself, I built this practice around lived experience: recognising our strengths and what we have to offer, not what a deficit lens says we lack.
My work is trauma-informed and neurodivergence-affirming, with accommodation as the default rather than the exception. Sessions flex in frequency and length to match your needs, email support is available between sessions, and I send written summaries after we meet so nothing rests on memory alone.
And you will never find a countdown timer or a hard sell here. I put out what I do and trust that the people who need me will find me.
